Increase velocity, eliminate arm pain, and throw more strikes. Private pitching instruction with video analysis — 95% of students see immediate improvement.

See The Flaw. Fix The Flaw.
The pitching motion moves fast and has too many moving parts to fully diagnose with the naked eye. Without breaking down film and pinpointing the exact problem area, a pitcher can't see his own flaw — which means he can't fix it.
With video, we identify the issue, correct it, then film the corrected motion. Now the student has seen both the flawed movement and the correct one side by side. He can visualize himself making the pitch correctly in his mind before he ever throws it — which dramatically increases the chance of successful execution.
Since 2000, serious shoulder and elbow injuries are up significantly in youth and high school pitchers, and roughly half of all young pitchers throw with pain due to poor mechanics or existing injury. Our approach directly targets the mechanical root causes — not just symptom management.

Eliminate Arm Pain From Pitching
Our 18-year-old son pitched every season from Little League through high school. He received private pitching instruction for several years and was clocked at 85 mph the summer before his senior year. During his senior season, he began complaining of intermittent deep pain in his throwing shoulder — and his velocity dropped to 82 mph.
An orthopedic surgeon diagnosed him with Glenohumeral Rotation Deficit (GIRD) and told him he was likely done pitching for good. After a move to Houston and a search for local pitching instructors, our son and his uncle contacted Mike Skoutelakis of Torque Baseball.
In that first session, Mike immediately noted significant flaws in our son's pitching mechanics that were likely causing the shoulder pain. Mike's instruction paid off immediately — our son could tell that the new mechanics put far less stress on his shoulder. Just a couple of months later, he was completely pain-free and optimistic about his future.
